Tom Dyer is a multiple award winning flair bartender, and together with Beaumont, has developed what he sees as the 'Holy Grail' of jiggers. The Grail - shaped much like the fabled drinking vessel - has a thin stem which is comfortable to hold and light/thin enough to aid with flair tricks such as spinning and flicking. The jigger bowl is then lined incrementally with grooves every 5ml going up from 10 to 50ml.
The choice to make this a single sided jigger is based on aesthetics, but also for optimal drainage purposes. In addition to this, the jigger is nickel plated which offers a good durability and resistance to corrosion.
