This compact Nemox ice cream / gelato machine is suitable for professional use with its handy removable bowl and density control.

Utilising the removable bowl, it is possible to produce up to 1kg (1.4L) of mixture every 20-30 minutes. The combination of the refrigeration system and an efficient blending mechanism ensures the machine continues working for long cycles.

The 'automatic function' recognises when the contents are at the right density and automatically goes into storage mode, continuously lapping to keep the gelato mixture at the right consistency. 

For safety, this ice cream machine has a magnetic device that will automatically stop the paddles when the lid is lifted.
